We employ around 3,400 staff in a wide range of roles, and we work hard to make sure every individual feels supported and encouraged to deliver the best patient care, in line with our Patient Experience Revolution manifesto.

Our hospital is also fortunate to have a thiriving group of volunteers. Nearly 200 people give up their own time to provide vital support to patients, their families and our staff on a daily basis.
